1. About these Terms

SuperSpace ("SuperSpace", "we", "us") is a mobile platform operated by [Legal Entity Name], [address], India, that connects users seeking guidance ("Seekers") with independent third-party experts and advisors ("Experts"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use SuperSpace. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. What SuperSpace is — and is not

SuperSpace is a neutral marketplace and communication platform only. Experts are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. We do not provide consultations ourselves and do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any advice, information, or service an Expert provides.

Content on the platform is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed advice. Always consult a qualified professional for your specific situation. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
• You are solely responsible for how you use any guidance received through the platform.

4. Payments, per-minute billing & taxes

Seekers pay a per-minute rate set by each Expert, shown before the call begins, via supported payment methods including UPI. A live meter records billable minutes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details. Applicable taxes (including GST, where relevant) may be added.

5. Refunds

Minutes billed are generally non-refundable once a call is completed. Where a call fails or drops due to a verified technical issue on the platform, affected minutes may be refunded to your in-app wallet at our reasonable discretion, in line with our refund policy.

6. Expert obligations & earnings

Experts must complete identity verification, provide accurate information about their qualifications, hold any licences required for their field, and comply with applicable law. Experts earn a share of call revenue (up to 80%, as specified in the Expert Terms) and may withdraw available balances to a valid UPI ID. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on rates, availability and demand.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.
• No sharing of another person's private information without consent.
• No attempt to take payments or continue the relationship off-platform to avoid fees.
• No recording of calls without the other party's consent.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperSpace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, or advice of any Expert or Seeker. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the platform in the three months before the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.
